Raspberry pi controlled microsope

The main goal of this project is to control z- and x-y directions using two stepper motors, and add a digital camera to the viewport. Each of these will be controlled by a raspberry-pi. With the hardware set up, I can write software to construct and process image stacks or to produce time lapse movies with auto focus. Will update as I go along. Currently waiting for raspberry pi.
